Renowned football clubs have expressed interest in rising Ghanaian stars Aziz Musibau and Emmanuel Agyei, who play for Dreams FC in the Ghana Premier League and the CAF Confederation Cup.
According to reports, Aston Villa and Celtic are eager to sign the 17-year-old phenom Musibau. Musibau has drawn comparisons to the great Didier Drogba because of his explosive playmaking and deadly shooting.
His performances have made him a potential key player for Ghana’s senior national team as they prepare for the upcoming World Cup qualifiers, in addition to club scouts.
Dreams FC, which is renowned for developing players like Abdul Fatawu Issahaku of Leicester City, has developed into a hub for European teams looking to sign up-and-coming talent.
Emmanuel Agyei, a 19-year-old defensive midfielder, has also drawn interest from a number of top teams in addition to Musibau. Premier League teams are also keeping a close eye on Musibau, as is Inter Milan.
Rumor has it that Dreams FC has placed a £1.2 million price tag on Musibau and roughly £750,000 on Agyei.
The latter has drawn interest from Tottenham and Inter Milan as well. He was a key member of Ghana’s victorious U20 team at the African Games. Sevilla is interested in that squad’s other top player, Aziz Issah.
Scouts from elite European teams, such as Celtic and Aston Villa, are keeping a close eye on Musibau’s and Agyei’s progress, and both are about to make big career decisions.
Their experience confirms Dreams FC’s growing reputation as a haven for budding football superstars.
