Juric parts ways with Roma, set to join Southampton

Former Roma and Torino coach Ivan Juric is reportedly in advanced talks to take over at Premier League strugglers Southampton, having already terminated his contract with Roma. This move comes just a month after he was dismissed by Roma.

Sky Sport Italia’s transfer expert Gianluca Di Marzio confirms that Juric is close to joining Southampton, who are currently at the bottom of the Premier League. According to both Di Marzio and *Gazzetta*, Juric has already ended his contract with Roma, and Fabrizio Romano reports that he has an agreement with the Saints and is set to sign his contract today.

Juric joined Roma in mid-September to replace Daniele De Rossi, but after just 12 games and four wins, he was let go. Before Roma, he had a three-season stint at Torino from 2021 to 2024, where he led the team to 45 wins from 122 games, finishing just shy of European qualification last season.
